5th July 2005 - Leigh Centurions train Jujitsu

Leigh Centurions Super League Rugby League Club dropped in at the studio on Tues 5th July for a spot of extra training mainly in ground fighting. some of the moves taught  would be illegal on the rugby field but the  grappling can only help to improve overall fitness and conditioning. The session was well received even though Sensei Francis was a little star struck as he is a keen Leigh Rugby supporter and to see  some of the biggest names in rugby league walk into our Dojo
